VIT requires internationally trained teachers to demonstrate English proficiency. ISLPR Band 4 in all four skills is accepted. Teachers must apply for registration before beginning employment in Victorian schools.
NESA requires ISLPR Band 4 in all four skills for internationally trained teachers seeking accreditation. Accreditation is required before teaching in any NSW school.
QCT requires evidence of English language proficiency for internationally trained teachers. ISLPR Band 4 is an accepted pathway. Registration is required before teaching in Queensland.
