If you need to cancel partway through your course, we'll refund the unused portion. The refund is calculated as the amount you paid, less the cost of the lessons you've attended, less 18% GST on the total amount paid, less a $100 administrative fee.
We keep this simple. Just let us know at least 12 hours before your scheduled lesson if you need to cancel or reschedule, and it won't be counted as used. If you're unable to give 12 hours' notice, we still won't count that lesson as used unless you actually attend it.
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you experience a documented medical or personal emergency, please reach out to us. While we cannot offer a cash refund in these cases, we are glad to offer a credit toward future lessons wherever possible.
In situations where a cash refund is not available under this policy, we are happy to offer the remaining value as a credit toward one of our other courses instead, such as PTE or LANTITE coaching. This way, your investment is not lost even if ISLPR is no longer the right fit for you. Simply get in touch with us to discuss this option.
